After an interview in the Irish education sector you are only entitled to your own score from interview. The chairperson of the interview panel is not obliged to give you any additional feedback. What happens during Interview Preparation?
Interview preparation ensures you perform to the best of your ability at interview through structuring your approach. This service aims to use your own experiences, skills and qualifications to deliver the perfect interview. The session will be tailored to suit your individual needs. You will receive coaching on all questions which come up at interview.
How long should a session last?
All of the times outlined below are approximate times. If you require additional support your session will not be cut short by a member of our team.
Special Needs Assistants/Classroom Assistant – 1 hour
Teaching positions – 1 hour
Assistant Principals – 90 mins
Deputy/Vice Principal – 90 mins
Principalship – 2 hours
